What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage onboarding for large, diverse accounts, ensuring tailored solutions align with client-specific objectives
- Oversee the configuration and deployment of AlignOps products, ensuring seamless integrations tailored to client goals
- Provide consultative product guidance to stakeholders across multiple product suites
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical or process-related challenges during onboarding
- Drive multi-product adoption by introducing and integrating additional AlignOps solutions into client operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalency; bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or onboarding for SaaS products
- Experience with software implementation and consulting on technical solutions or integrations
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to address complex challenges
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a bonus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience integrating two or more SaaS products
- Industry-specific experience in the construction operations industry
- Proven ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for scalable onboarding processes
