What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the onboarding process for all positions, ensuring a positive experience for new hires
- Coordinate communication between the hiring team and candidates throughout the onboarding process
- Support candidates through hiring paperwork, including offer letters and background checks
- Provide education and information to new hires to enhance their onboarding experience
- Be the expert on onboarding systems and tools, ensuring accurate input of new hire information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent related experience
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or recruiting
- Strong presentation and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of HR and EEOC policies is helpful
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in establishing high standards of service delivery to customers and clients
- Ability to react quickly and with a sense of urgency to requests and issues
