      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct kickoff calls and orientation for new customers to the onboarding program
      - Create and execute customized onboarding plans, including setting accounting and go-live dates
      - Maintain project plans and set expectations for turnaround times for each customer
      - Provide proactive outreach to customers who may be struggling or at risk of churning
      - Maintain in-depth knowledge of Buildium's functions and features to effectively train users

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High level of energy and enthusiasm with a desire to "wow" the customer
      - Strong attention to detail and accountability
      - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently
      - Experience in a team environment with demonstrated empathy towards customer challenges

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the Real Estate or Property Management Industry
      - Accounting experience
      - General knowledge of Salesforce
