      - Utilize various software tools to create a meaningful onboarding experience
      - Provide customers with best practices and materials to maximize their revenue and usage of the platform

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
      - Strong passion for customer experience and satisfaction
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to connect interpersonally with clients and stakeholders
      - Comfortable navigating various software platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales, customer success, or account management is a plus
