      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively manage a continuous queue of customers to exceed onboarding targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
      - Conduct setup and training calls with new customers, defining project deliverables and timelines
      - Maintain a deep understanding of service product features and upcoming enhancements
      - Provide proactive guidance and best practices to customers for optimal product utilization
      - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree
      - 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the SaaS industry
      - 1+ years of experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
      - Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong ability to collaborate and build effective cross-functional relationships
