What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new and existing candidates
- Serve as a key contact for onboarding issues and coordinate efforts with various departments
- Send out new hire welcome packets containing essential payroll and benefits information
- Track pre-employment screening requirements, including background checks and drug screens
- Ensure all required onboarding paperwork is complete and maintained
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; College Degree or coursework preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of personnel
- Excellent organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
