      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify reportable cancer cases from various sources.
      - Accurately and completely abstract reportable cases.
      - Obtain additional treatment data from primary sources to enhance patient records.
      - Conduct follow-up activities with patients diagnosed and/or treated for cancer.
      - Follow established guidelines and standards set by the employer.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in Health Information Management or an allied health field.
      - Completion of Anatomy & Physiology courses.
      - Experience in oncology data services preferred.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in oncology data services.
