What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the Fort Myers, FL territory
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs
- Communicate effectively about oncology products and their patient-centered uses
- Analyze market trends and customer behaviors to develop strategic plans
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
- Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, with oncology experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required, including overnight travel of 10-15%
- Ability to reside within a reasonable distance to the assigned district
- Strong understanding of oncology products and the healthcare market
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of oncology field-based sales experience
- Documented history of strong performance in sales or oncology clinical roles
- Experience with account management and customer engagement in the oncology sector
