      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals while collaborating with team members in the territory
      - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences
      - Communicate effectively about oncology products using approved resources and messaging
      - Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop short- and long-term business plans
      - Ensure consistent customer experience by collaborating with various functional areas within the company

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of sales experience or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
      - Professional sales experience or healthcare/scientific field experience, preferably in oncology
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required, including overnight travel (10-15%)
      - Reside in or within a reasonable distance to the district
      - Strong understanding of cancer treatment options and multidisciplinary care teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in oncology field sales
      - Documented history of strong performance in sales or oncology clinical roles
      - Clinical oncology experience or experience selling oncology therapeutics to oncology customers
