What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including oncologists and oncology nurses
- Utilize a customer relationship management system to track sales activities and account planning
- Deliver high-quality customer service and product knowledge to healthcare professionals
- Collaborate effectively with internal resources to support sales efforts
- Travel to medical offices and hospitals, with up to 80% travel required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, life science, or a clinical field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical sales, with at least 1 year in oncology
- Proven track record of sales accomplishments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage healthcare providers
- Ability to work independently and analyze territory opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Sales Force Automation (SFA) applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Established relationships within the oncology network
- Strong knowledge of VEEVA systems
- Ability to conduct clinical product sales effectively
