What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Educate healthcare providers and stakeholders on the company’s immunotherapy products and their value
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their business models and needs
- Analyze trends and develop account plans based on complex buying environments in oncology
- Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure a consistent customer experience across divisions
- Influence and strategize with key stakeholders to enhance product positioning and customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of sales experience or a high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of oncology field sales experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
- Strong understanding of cancer treatment options and clinical trials
- Proven ability to analyze complex market trends and develop strategic account plans
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Documented history of strong performance in sales or oncology clinical roles
- Clinical oncology experience across multiple solid tumors
- Candidates with 0-2 years of oncology field sales experience will be considered for the S2 level
- Candidates with 2+ years of oncology field sales experience will be considered for the S3 level
