      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the Pittsburgh, PA territory
      - Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
      - Communicate effectively about oncology products using approved resources and messaging
      - Analyze market trends and account dynamics to develop strategic plans
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR a minimum of high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight 10 - 15% of the time
      - Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, preferably with oncology
      - Must reside in or within a reasonable distance to the district
      - Strong performance history in sales or marketing roles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of oncology field-based sales experience
      - Documented history of strong performance in an oncology clinical role
      - Experience with business relationship management and customer engagement strategies
      - Familiarity with oncology treatment options and multidisciplinary care teams
