What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their practice structure and business models
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of oncology products and effectively communicate their value to healthcare professionals
- Analyze trends in a complex buying environment and develop short- and long-term account plans
- Collaborate with a diverse customer team to ensure a consistent and comprehensive customer experience
- Influence customer strategies by asking insightful questions and tailoring approaches to meet their needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
- Professional sales experience or work experience in the healthcare/scientific field, with oncology experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnight travel of 10-15%
- Must reside in or near the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
- Documented history of strong performance in a sales or marketing role related to oncology
- Experience in clinical oncology or related healthcare fields
