      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the St. Louis, MO territory
      - Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure a seamless customer experience
      - Communicate a patient-centered rationale for oncology products during customer engagements
      - Analyze trends in a complex buying environment involving multiple drug distribution channels
      - Collaborate with the local team to develop and execute strategic plans for account management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnight travel of 10-15%
      - Experience in the healthcare or scientific field, with oncology experience strongly preferred
      - Knowledge of oncology products and treatment pathways
      - Ability to reside within a reasonable distance to the district

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of oncology field-based sales experience
      - Documented history of strong performance in a sales or oncology clinical role
      - Experience with customer relationship management and data analysis
