What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including oncologists and nurses
- Utilize customer relationship management systems for effective account planning and communication
- Deliver high-quality customer service and product education to healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with internal resources to maximize sales opportunities
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with clients and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in business, life sciences, or a clinical field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical sales, with at least 1 year in oncology
- Proven track record of sales success and ability to analyze sales data
- Strong communication skills to engage with physicians and healthcare providers
- Proficiency in business software, including Microsoft Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Sales Force Automation (SFA) applications
- Established relationships within the oncology network
- Familiarity with VEEVA systems
- Additional experience in territory management and clinical product sales
