      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for oncology customers, understanding their needs and building trust
      - Utilize resources to effectively communicate the value of oncology products during discussions with stakeholders
      - Analyze and identify trends in the oncology market, including drug distribution channels
      - Collaborate with the Oncology Customer Team to develop and execute account plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the designated territory
      - Legally authorized to work in the United States
      - Ability to analyze complex buying environments and account interdependencies
      - Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, including pharmaceutical or biotech sectors

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics to healthcare professionals
      - Documented strong performance in sales, marketing, or clinical oncology roles
      - Clinical experience across multiple solid tumors
      - Proven ability to influence and educate key stakeholders on oncology products
