      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, understanding their practice structure and business model
      - Educate stakeholders on the company’s immunotherapy compounds and their value in cancer treatment
      - Analyze and identify trends in a complex buying environment, including distribution channels and oncology practices
      - Develop and execute both short- and long-term account plans in collaboration with the customer team
      - Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR a high school diploma with at least 8 years of relevant experience
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required, including overnight travel 10-15%
      - Strong understanding of oncology, including cancer staging and treatment options
      - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs in the oncology field
      - Must reside within or near the assigned territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of oncology field-based sales experience
      - Strong performance history in sales or clinical oncology roles
      - Experience working with oncology customers and understanding their unique needs
      - Familiarity with oncology group purchasing organizations and specialty pharmacies
      - Previous experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting
