      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with students by responding within set timeframes and providing additional support as needed

      - Connect students with resources to support their holistic needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctorate in Business Administration, Business Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence from a regionally accredited institution
      - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in quantitative analysis for business

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience teaching in an online learning environment
      - Familiarity with asynchronous teaching methodologies
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment
