What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound online leads, phone calls, emails, and text inquiries
- Manage and convert leads from Indiana and Michigan
- Conduct sales consultations via phone, video call, and digital communication
- Guide customers through product selection, customization options, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Use CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous sales experience required (inside sales, retail sales, phone sales, or B2C sales preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to follow up, overcome objections, and close sales
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using CRM or sales tracking software
- Experience in construction-related, home improvement, or retail sales is a plus
