What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct all-source analytic production using public, private, and government open-source materials
- Analyze foreign and domestic publicly available information to identify trends and insights for defense intelligence
- Produce timely and concise analytic reports, documents, and assessments in various formats
- Collaborate with other Intelligence Community members to drive collection and address analytic disputes
- Lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems and guide the application of analytic methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence Polygraph
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant analysis experience, with at least some experience within the last 2 years
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong ability to communicate complex issues clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD classification guidelines and procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with complex analytic methodologies, such as structured analytic techniques
- Familiarity with intelligence collection capabilities and limitations
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and guide analytic methodologies
- Experience in developing comprehensive products for defense intelligence
- Understanding of evaluating collected intelligence reporting and developing collection requirements
