What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor, analyze, and improve call center operational data accessibility, accuracy, and usability
- Apply scientific and quantitative methods to derive insights and make actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to identify data gaps and define project requirements
- Plan, design, and deploy self-service business intelligence solutions for enhanced decision-making
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence and data analysis for call center operations
- Practical experience using statistical methods for data insights
- Experience with deploying self-service BI solutions using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with data sources including Five9, Calabrio, Qualtrics Discover, and Salesforce
- Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and visualization
- Familiarity with SQL or other query languages
