What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in ensuring fraud risk policy and controls are effective to minimize fraud impact
- Perform forecasting analysis and standardized fraud reporting
- Monitor case management to identify fraud trends and system controls
- Collaborate with various teams to complete analysis for enhancements from a fraud risk perspective
- Work directly with the Director of Operational Risk on complex investigations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of banking experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Power BI or other data analysis programs
- Knowledge and previous experience in fraud investigation and claims processes
- Must have experience working with Salesforce

- Experience in trend analysis and early fraud detection
- General knowledge of business operations and information flow
