What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support enhancements to the operational risk register and manage data entry into the Enterprise Governance Risk and Compliance (EGRC) system
- Facilitate project risk assessments and document potential impacts to the enterprise risk posture
- Liaise between project teams to ensure alignment of schedules and activities
- Engage stakeholders in risk management workshops, meetings, and discussions
- Review data for consistency with project/program risk registers and assist in resolving inconsistencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to create visual data reports and presentations (Power BI)
- Working knowledge of the general risk management lifecycle and business concepts
- Effective communication and facilitation skills with experience in engaging stakeholders
- Preferred experience in project risk assessments and coordination
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in management information systems or strong analytics
- Understanding of the utility industry
