      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process new hiring intake requests daily, ensuring all required data is complete, accurate, and validated
      - Review active requests to identify and execute next required actions, preventing delays or missed steps
      - Submit approval requests promptly and maintain real-time accuracy in hiring trackers and reporting files
      - Prepare materials, summaries, and updates for weekly hiring review meetings
      - Conduct proactive audits of hiring records to identify, flag, and help resolve potential issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in data operations, reporting, coordination, or analyst roles
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data visualization
      - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
      - High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Power BI, Workday, and Adaptive Planning
      - Experience with ServiceNow WFM and/or Magnit platforms
      - Target experience level: 2 years
