      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead projects to enhance organizational efficiency and improve operational processes
      - Serve as a primary support and thought partner to school site Business Managers
      - Analyze site-level operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
      - Facilitate cross-school collaboration and dissemination of best practices among Business Managers
      - Conduct site visits and operational reviews to ensure compliance with policies and regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred in business, education, or a related field
      - 2-4 years of experience in operational support, data analysis, and/or process improvement
      - Strong interest or experience in K-12 public education
      - Demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with active listening capabilities

      - Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
      - Proven track record of establishing effective relationships in various roles
