What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Reconcile client agreements and invoices, ensuring accurate user and license counts
- Prepare sales and purchase orders for clients and internal needs
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis, including client profitability and resource estimation
- Manage and approve employee time entries and support training on operational procedures
- Assist with business development activities, including pricing and proposal preparation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Zero (0) to six (6) years of experience in finance, operational analysis, program management, or procurement; if no experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial analysis
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and corporate employees professionally
- Ability to articulate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with CMMC requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience reviewing time entries and timecards
- Familiarity with vendor interactions and expense reconciliation
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements
- Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Background in project management or operational optimization
