What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for project records and documentation
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of project reports and data summaries
- Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of project-related information in databases
- Support project managers in tracking project timelines and milestones
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes to ensure all actions are documented
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a non-profit environment
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
