      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop an advanced understanding of all employer applications and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
      - Act as an escalation point of contact for complex support issues triaged by support analysts
      - Serve as a thought partner to customer success operations managers and other teams for nuanced client requests
      - Document and train the customer success team on new or updated processes
      - Leverage SQL to complete back-end queries for effectively triaging complex customer issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or project management roles, preferably in healthcare technology or a SaaS organization
      - At least 3 years of experience creating and optimizing standard operational procedures
      - Strong experience in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving using SQL
      - Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and clinical teams
      - Proficient in Jira or similar ticketing tools for issue tracking and operational support

      - Experience with clinical documentation improvement (CDI) software or related healthcare applications
      - Background in a startup or healthcare company
      - Flexible team player with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
      - Strong empathy and patience with a desire to help colleagues and customers succeed
      - Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a remote environment
