What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple service lines, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring a consistent experience
- Manage equipment and technology, including ordering and tracking of devices
- Serve as the primary contact for vendor relationships and badging processes
- Prepare and distribute operational and financial reports, measuring KPIs against service level agreements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, business process improvement, or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and operational management systems
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to interpret complex instructions and work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with tools such as FAMIS360, Asana, Yardi, CoStar Real Estate Manager, Serraview, or AutoDesk
- Flexibility and openness to new ideas and procedures
