      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop an advanced understanding of all applications, serving as a final escalation point for complex support issues
      - Collaborate with Account Managers and other teams to address nuanced client requests
      - Lead multi-week, cross-functional projects to manage customer requests
      - Document and train cross-functional teams on new or updated processes
      - Build collaborative relationships through clear and professional communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience in customer service or project management roles, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS
      - 5+ years of experience creating and optimizing standard operational procedures
      - Strong experience in creating process documentation or Standard Operating Procedures
      - Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with technical and clinical teams
      - Well-versed in Jira or similar ticketing tools for issue tracking and operational support

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving using SQL
      - Startup experience, especially in a healthcare or health tech organization
