What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, monitor, and enhance collection channels and policies
- Develop new collection scripts and strategies in collaboration with call center managers
- Manage and support loan operation and management teams through coaching and training
- Ensure compliance of loans with applicable regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to achieve strategic goals and manage external relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of loan operations experience in the financial services industry or related field
- 3+ years of supervisory or management experience
- Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in financial collections is required
- Knowledge of Loan Management Systems is an asset
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Proven interpersonal and leadership skills
- Passionate about process improvement and innovation
