      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coach, develop, and lead a team of Loss Mitigation Specialists to meet quality and productivity goals
      - Monitor daily operations for efficient task allocation and workload balance
      - Analyze performance metrics to identify issues and implement scalable solutions
      - Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and advocate for borrower experience enhancements
      - Contribute to special projects aimed at improving automation and reducing manual workloads

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in an operations role within a financial institution, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
      - Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a metrics-driven environment
      - Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions
      - Proficiency in coaching and delivering structured feedback for team development
      - Excellent cross-functional communication skills and demonstrated ownership mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in collections, loss mitigation, or operations call center at a financial institution
      - Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, LiveVox, or Google Workspace
      - Background in auto lending or loan servicing, with knowledge of relevant regulations
      - Experience leading initiatives related to automation or digital servicing tools
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
