What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of salaried and hourly employees
- Lead large-scope projects that impact site and regional operations
- Develop and execute productivity plans based on forecast reviews
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and ensure customer delivery commitments
- Collaborate with support teams to achieve business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, or 2+ years of relevant experience with the employer
- Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques (1+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout shifts
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays
