What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a startup or similar regional operations model
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work West Coast hours, regardless of location
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel across the region for site visits and vendor meetings (20%+ travel)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a startup environment or companies like DoorDash or Uber
- Proven ability to design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Familiarity with pricing and revenue management strategies
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations
