      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee human resources duties and manage daily operations of the contract
      - Ensure fulfillment of Government worldwide assignment requests in a timely manner
      - Coordinate logistics and travel for work assignments with stakeholders’ points of contact
      - Implement efficient operational procedures and processes for successful contract execution
      - Deliver quality services to eligible participants in the program

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least five years of experience managing program operations in a dynamic, international environment
      - Minimum of five years of experience in human resource management and financial management
      - Proven experience in worksite/assignment tracking and stakeholder communications
      - Ability to manage SLAs under an incentive-based contract
      - Experience supporting military organizations is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
      - At least two years of experience managing SLAs under an incentive-based contract
      - Experience working with military organizations
      - Strong understanding of program operations in a geographically dispersed environment
