What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies across branches
- Collaborate with branch managers to implement operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and standard work
- Conduct site visits to assess operational performance and provide feedback
- Drive optimal fleet and labor utilization to meet customer demand
- Monitor and train employees on service standards and operational practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Technical Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the mobile, modular, or construction industry
- 5+ years of experience leading operations teams in manufacturing environments
- Proven experience in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP and other CRM systems
- Technical Bachelor's Degree
