- A confident leader with excellent organisational and communication skills
- Knowledgeable about CQC standards and NHS compliance

- IT-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical systems such as SystmOne
- Desirable but not essential:
- Experience in general practice
- A relevant HR or management qualification
- Knowledge of workforce planning and service improvement techniques
