      We are seeking a highly motivatedOperations Managerto join our friendly and forward-thinking GP Practice. Working closely with the Practice Manager, clinical team, and administrative staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and delivering high-quality services to our patients.

      Main duties of the job

      • Oversee and coordinate all non-clinical teams and functions
      • Maximise clinical and administrative service to ensure excellent patient experience
      • Streamline workflows to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
      • Lead on patient complaint resolution and support service improvements
      • Take the lead on patient complaints
      • Line manage reception and administrative staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture
      • Provide first point of support for GPs
      • Ensure compliance with CQC and NHS standards
      • Support the delivery of digital access solutions and new ways of working
      • Contribute to financial planning, resource management, and procurement
