What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide oversight and supervision to project managers
- Conduct job site visits and inspections, implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Monitor overall job site and contract performance
- Review all disciplinary actions for employees at the job site level
- Communicate daily with project managers and government representatives via email and phone
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Management or leadership experience required
- Certification in Technical Trade School Journeyman Level required
- Certification – CHFM preferred
- Ability to travel 60% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in government contract management
- Strong understanding of NFPA, EPA, and OSHA codes and standards
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects at multiple locations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
