What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process order intake, including entry into the order management system, date confirmations, and note entry
- Design and communicate efficient routes to enhance customer experience and meet financial expectations
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via email, phone, and chat, addressing job site readiness and escalations
- Prepare and present business updates on market-level performance and conduct root cause analysis of customer experiences
- Validate vendor and customer invoicing and perform audits to improve accuracy and revenue
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and utilize professional judgment in challenging situations
- Strong analytical skills to assess market performance and drive operational improvements
- Experience in customer support or logistics operations is preferred

- Previous experience in logistics or transportation industry roles
- Familiarity with order management systems and routing software
