What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure time-critical shipments in the Lifesciences sector move quickly, safely, and transparently
- Adapt rapidly to shifting tasks and roles as necessary
- Make quick, informed decisions to ensure the timely delivery of critical shipments
- Maintain a customer-obsessed approach to enhance client satisfaction
- Remain calm and focused under pressure while handling sensitive shipments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of customer service experience is required
- Experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls required
- Must be willing and able to work onsite at the employer's office in Carlsbad, CA
- Open availability strongly preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced logistics or healthcare environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with technology and logistics software
