      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and manage the end-to-end billing cycle for the new venture business line, including claim submission and denial management
      - Prepare and submit insurance claims and invoices accurately for timely reimbursement
      - Investigate and resolve claim denials and rejections, communicating with insurance carriers as needed
      - Manage client and provider support inquiries regarding platform usage and billing processes
      - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years in a customer support-facing role at a software or SaaS company
      - Strong understanding of healthcare claims, insurance plan benefits, and medical terminology
      - Proven experience with electronic health records (EHR) and billing software/platforms
      - Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping
      - Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills with a customer service mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in medical billing, preferably within a healthcare or mental health setting
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
