- Lead the standardization of Operational Management Systems (OMS) to ensure consistent and efficient processes.
- Drive environmental sustainability efforts, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting eco-friendly practices.
- Bring a dynamic and energetic approach to invigorate the site and motivate the existing team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and meet company goals.

- Communication skills at all levels.

Pay Rate: £36,000 - £45,000
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday - Friday
