      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide guidance and support to junior staff, including conducting formal observations of performance
      - Assist team members in reviewing errors and handling complex work assignments
      - Identify trends and recommend process changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver training solutions for new products and systems
      - Monitor service level agreements to ensure productivity and quality goals are met

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in health insurance operations, preferably in a related role
      - Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices
      - Claims processing experience is required
      - Strong organizational, multitasking, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in instructional design or training development in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
      - Strong presentation skills and experience in delivering training programs
      - Advanced PC skills, including proficiency in software relevant to training and development
