  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide installation methods and process training to installation employees, including safety and quality training
  - Audit documented processes to validate method and process alignment at the front-line level
  - Evaluate installations and provide recommendations for improving overall installation efficiency
  - Support tendering/order development, installation planning, and execution
  - Collaborate with regional leaders in implementing installation programs and initiatives
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in installing new equipment and modernization of elevators and escalators
  - Strong background in field installation, installation management, project management, and training
  - Ability to meet heavy travel requirements within target regions in the United States
  - Excellent communication skills to effectively train and support installation employees
  - Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of work
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with auditing installation processes and providing feedback for improvements
  - Proven track record of enhancing installation efficiency and effectiveness
  - Familiarity with digital health solutions and telehealth practices
  - Knowledge of well-being programs and employee assistance initiatives
  - Previous involvement in employee engagement and sustainability efforts
