Job Description

- Perform routine assignments according to standardized procedures with work closely reviewed.
- Ensure all relevant job documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate ideas, problems, and solutions clearly to all levels of manufacturing management in both written and oral form.
- Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with internal and external customers, including during facility tours.
- Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate safety devices during all operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance production processes and achieve quality and profitability metrics.
- Maintain accurate records for traceability, ensuring traveler and quality documents are complete and all parts meet quality standards.
- Demonstrate basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Supervisor/Manager to set and monitor individual goals and cell performance metrics.
- Support divisional initiatives, including Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
- Read, comprehend, and follow written procedures, as well as verbal instructions.
- Utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software packages.
- Prioritize work by determining sequencing and timing of tasks based on importance.
- Handle and maneuver small components and parts safely and efficiently.
