      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and assist with projects to support the work of Washington Courts and the Office of Public Guardianship (OPG)
      - Develop and enhance internal business processes for effective court program implementation
      - Manage and coordinate court programs, including financial budgeting and invoice reviews
      - Communicate and assist in developing program policies and monitoring compliance
      - Organize conferences and trainings associated with AOC programs, including CEUs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate of Arts degree in business or a related field
      - Four (4) years of administrative program support experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint)
      - Strong writing, grammar, and communication skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Washington State court system operations
      - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and develop solutions
      - Experience in building effective relationships with court and government officials
      - Highly organized with experience in coordinating projects and meeting deadlines
