What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and maintenance of advanced programs for application performance
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Oversee the planning, testing, implementation, and optimization of database systems
- Provide ongoing support for Oracle AP & Payables modules, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in application systems analysis, design, and development
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion AP modules
- Proven ability to configure and troubleshoot functional setups within Oracle Fusion AP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience with SQL databases and enterprise-level application systems
- Experience with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
- Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Analyst in AP, Payables, or Supply Chain Management
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation for Oracle Fusion ERP
- Familiarity with customizing and personalizing Oracle Fusion applications
