What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolutions to minimize disruption to business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Write and maintain documentation to ensure accurate resource sharing and facilitate knowledge transfer
- Conduct user training sessions on new processes and system functionalities
- Assist in the support and ongoing enhancement of the Oracle E-Business Suite
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication and writing skills, with keen attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
- Ability to work effectively in both team environments and independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with Oracle EBS or other ERP systems
- Knowledge of SQL and Oracle EBS applications
- Experience working on cross-functional projects
- Demonstrated interest in learning about business systems and supply chain processes
