What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage comprehensive program/project plans for Oracle Fusion and ERP Cloud implementations
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Conduct system configuration and customization to meet the specific needs of the pharma/biotech industry
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans to ensure data integrity and system functionality
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on Oracle Fusion and ERP Cloud applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in program/project management, with 5 years in the pharma/biotech industry
- Proven experience in implementing and managing Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle ERP Cloud applications
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
