      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the design and implementation of cybersecurity and data protection strategies for Oracle Health EHR
      - Conduct risk assessments and develop a risk register with mitigation strategies
      - Lead the development of hybrid cloud security architecture and implement zero-trust architecture
      - Manage identity and access management protocols across Oracle Health systems
      - Provide 24/7 operational support and lead continuous modernization efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security leadership within healthcare or public sector environments
      - Proven success in securing large-scale EHR implementations, preferably with Oracle Health
      - Deep understanding of HIPAA, NIST, FISMA, and state-specific cybersecurity frameworks
      - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications in CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent
      - Familiarity with Oracle Health's security architecture and OCI observability tools
      - Experience managing security in multi-entity or multi-specialty environments
